With expertise in mindfulness, early human development, special education (P-12), leadership, and yoga, she creates transformative learning experiences that empower both students and educators. Whether she's guiding a classroom, leading a workshop, or flowing through a yoga session, Ella centers compassion, curiosity, and care in all she does—helping others grow with intention and integrity. 

 Ella offers a unique blend of educational and wellness services as an independent contractor, specializing in personalized support for schools, communities, and families. Her services include special education consulting, instructional coaching for educators, and mindfulness-based practices. She also leads accessible yoga sessions for both youth and elders, promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. With a heart-centered, inclusive approach, Ella empowers learners of all ages and abilities to thrive—in the classroom and beyond.
